LWS offers three main plans. Mail S includes 10 GB per mailbox and can be upgraded easily from your customer area. Note that global storage limits only apply to mailboxes supplied with standard web hosting plans. Our Mail Pro plans (Mail S, Mail M, Mail L) provide dedicated storage per mailbox with no shared quotas.

For professional use (SMBs…), we recommend a professional plan such as Mail M which offers more storage per mailbox and higher message capacity.

Our Mail L plan meets the needs of demanding professionals with up to 50 GB per mailbox — ideal for archiving, higher send volumes and full device sync.

If you already have mailboxes on a domain, shared hosting or VPS, you can upgrade them to a higher mailbox plan. Simply switch to a pro mail plan in your customer area — quotas are increased automatically based on the chosen pack.

Yes. LWS professional mailboxes are compatible with macOS, Apple Mail, Safari and other Mac mail clients.

To set up, open Apple Mail and add a new account. Enter your LWS mailbox credentials — IMAP/SMTP configuration is automatic.

A secure email provider delivers features designed to protect your account and message content.

Security can include end-to-end encryption, meaning a message remains encrypted from sender to recipient. LWS mail communications are encrypted in transit using SSL/TLS.

No, a dedicated IPv4 is not included by default. The dedicated IPv4 option (€4.99/month + €19.99 setup) applies to all mailboxes under the domain for which it was ordered and can be cancelled anytime.

When you order SMTP Premium, a dedicated IPv4 is assigned to you which prevents SMTP blacklisting caused by other customers and improves deliverability. Over time, your sending reputation builds on this IP and messages are less likely to be marked as Spam. A reverse DNS is created at order time.

To create an email address you need an active LWS account. During account creation you’ll provide details (username, password, personal info) to secure access to your services.

Once logged in, open the Emails section in the LWS Panel. Choose the included domain, enter the desired mailbox name (e.g. contact, info or support) and set a password. On confirmation, your new mailbox is created instantly and ready to use.

Hotmail (Outlook.com) and Gmail are consumer email services, often free and accessible via mobile apps or web interfaces. They can include limitations and are sometimes tied to larger ecosystems like Microsoft 365.

Storage depends on the plan: 10, 20 or 50 GB. From your customer area you can increase an individual mailbox up to 100 GB.

Yes — create a temporary mailbox from your customer area. You can delete and recreate mailboxes under the same plan to achieve a disposable address.
