How do I check if a domain is available? 
The average timeframe for a domain transfer is 5 to 7 days, but it can take up to 10 days after the request and submission of the transfer code (auth-code). To avoid any issues with your current registrar or provider, we highly recommend initiating the transfer at least 15 days before your domain’s expiration date.
How do I get the transfer code (auth-code)?
The transfer code, also known as the auth-code or authorization code, is a unique identifier required to approve the transfer of your domain. You can retrieve it by logging in to your current registrar's client area. If you can't find it, contact their support team to obtain it. This code is essential to initiate the transfer process.
How much does it cost to transfer a domain?

Will my website or emails be affected by the transfer?
No, your services will remain active as long as your DNS settings are properly configured before the transfer. At LWS, we ensure a smooth transition with no downtime for your visitors or emails. Is my domain eligible for transfer?
A domain can be transferred if the following conditions are met:
- It was registered or transferred more than 60 days ago with your current registrar.
- It is active (not expired).
- The Registrar Lock status is disabled.
- You have the transfer code (auth-code).
These requirements ensure your current provider allows the transfer to LWS.
Can I transfer an expired domain?
An expired domain cannot be transferred directly. If it is still in its grace period (up to 45 days depending on the extension), you can renew it with your current registrar, then start the transfer using the auth-code.
If the domain has been expired for a long time and released, it becomes available for registration again. You can then purchase it as a new domain on a first-come, first-served basis. Check its availability using our domain search tool.
What happens after the domain transfer?
Once the transfer is complete:
