How to get your refund?
1Log in to your LWS client area.
2Click on your LWS ID at the top right and go to the Refund section.
3Fill in the required fields. The amount will be refunded within 7 days without any justification required.
Please note that domain names are considered a consumable good by law and cannot be refunded. If you purchased a domain name with your service, its price will be deducted to cover the administrative costs of registration. You will still be able to transfer your domain to another web host if you wish.
