To create a professional email address you need an active domain name. A domain is included with each LWS account. When your domain is active, open the LWS Panel, go to Emails, choose the mailbox name (e.g. contact or firstname), set a password and create the mailbox.

Your mailbox is created instantly. Access it via the included Roundcube webmail or configure it in your preferred mail app.
