The Service Status page allows you to check the real-time status of the various services offered by LWS. It provides a summary of the last 24 hours regarding network, web, email, SQL, VPS, DNS, datacenter, cPanel, Plesk, and backups.
When the mention All systems operational is displayed, it means that all LWS services are functioning normally, with no disruptions or incidents reported in the last 24 hours.
Scheduled maintenance means that maintenance work is planned by LWS. During this period, some services may be temporarily unavailable or limited, but these interruptions are planned and managed by the technical team.
The mention Ongoing disruption indicates that one or more services are experiencing unexpected issues that may affect their performance or availability. The technical team is usually already aware and working to resolve the problem.
Ongoing incident means that a serious and unplanned problem is affecting one or more services. LWS technicians are mobilized to resolve the incident as quickly as possible.
The statuses on the Service Status page are updated in real time to reflect the current state of each service. This information is based on data and alerts received by the monitoring system and the LWS technical team.
