Yes, hosting packages are scalable. You can change your plan at any time from your customer account. We will only ask you to pay the difference between your current plan and the new plan, prorated to the remaining months of your commitment. This flexibility allows you to start small and grow without additional costs.

cPanel web hosting plans are, by default, subject to automatic renewal. If the account is not terminated by its owner, our system will automatically charge the amount due for the next period to the payment method used at the time of purchase. To cancel, simply go to the Cancellation / Refund section in your customer area.

• Publishing and updating your website, from SiteBuilder Pro or any other platform (creation, backup, transfer, migration from another web host or to a VPS/Dedicated server).
• Assistance with your email addresses: creating mailboxes, configuration in software, sending/receiving, managing quotas, SPAM issues, blockages, or contact forms.
• Advanced domain and DNS management: modifying zones, inbound and outbound transfers, redirections, FTP publishing, SSL certificate installation, and HTTPS activation.
• Analysis and cleaning of hacked sites: detecting viruses, malware, spyware, and securing your shared hosting environment.
• PHP settings and technical resource management: adjusting versions, changing limits, reading logs, and advanced configuration.
• Assistance with specific technologies such as Node.js, Python, Django, Perl, Ruby, Laravel, or PostgreSQL.

Your cPanel hosting includes automatic backups performed several times a day on a secure NAS server. A history of several weeks is kept, allowing you to restore a backup at any time. From your cPanel interface, you can:

• Restore your data instantly with a one-click restore directly from the Backups module.

LWS includes free complete backups of your sites, emails, and databases up to 20GB of combined data, which is already sufficient for most web projects. Beyond that, an extended backup option is available.
