Our servers are hosted in several state-of-the-art datacenters in France, as well as in our own facility. A dedicated team is on-site and ready to intervene 24/7 near our server rooms.

We primarily operate in Adista and Equinix datacenters, giving us access to a high-performance, secure physical infrastructure in France. Below are some key technical details about these facilities.

All datacenters hosting our servers are located in France. They are ultra-modern, ISO 27001 certified, equipped with cutting-edge security technologies, and designed for high availability. Combined with the expertise of on-site operators, this gives us a reliable, scalable infrastructure that meets the most demanding requirements for network uptime, physical security, and system stability.

Physical Security & Anti-Intrusion Systems

All our datacenters provide 24/7 on-site security for fully secured equipment. Continuous monitoring 24/7/365 is performed by on-site staff, including visual checks of all individuals entering the building, a comprehensive internal/external CCTV network (recording 24/7), and intrusion detection systems preventing unauthorized access to critical areas.

Access to the buildings and server rooms is controlled through a badge-based access system (Proximity Access Card - PAC). Entry and exit times are logged. Each card is assigned to a single user, and upon scanning, the holder’s photo is displayed on monitored security screens for identity verification before access is granted.

The premises also include a private car park with 24/7 gated and security-post-controlled access.

Redundant N+1 Power Supply

Our entire infrastructure is built to N+1 redundancy standards, ensuring uninterrupted power supply even if a generator fails.

All datacenters hosting LWS servers provide an average uptime of over 99.999% (guaranteed 99.9%). This means that, on average, any downtime throughout a year is less than 5 minutes and 15 seconds. To guarantee this level of service, every critical component is connected to at least one backup power line, ensuring seamless failover in case of an outage.

Advanced Fire Detection & Suppression

An early smoke detection system is installed at all sites. These highly sensitive aspirating detectors are connected to the building management system and continuously monitored from the Network Operations Center. Early detection helps prevent fires, minimizing potential losses and downtime.

Our datacenters use regularly tested fire detection and suppression systems. In case of fire detection, an alarm is triggered, and fire is extinguished using an eco-friendly, inert gas (FM 200), instantly stopping combustion without damaging equipment.

Intelligent Climate Control

Our datacenters are equipped with advanced air conditioning and air purification systems, ensuring optimal airflow, ambient humidity detection, and underfloor monitoring for ideal server operating conditions.

Data floors are maintained at a constant temperature of 22°C (+/-3°C) and a relative humidity of 50% (+/-10%), continuously monitored by the Building Management System.

Multi-Carrier Connectivity

LWS is a member of RIPE(we manage our own IPv4 and IPv6 addresses) and operates its own AS210403 network. Our datacenters are connected to the Internet through multiple carriers, including Adista, Zayo, Cogent, and Interoute, via several redundant gigabit links directly connected to core routers.
